Samson Properties was No. 18 nationally in sides according to RealTrends Verified’s 2024 data, closing 19,253 transactions. It was 19th in sales volume with $10.5 billion.
The Bob & Ronna Group is led by Bob Chew and Ronna Corman-Chew. They bring more than 100 agents to Samson.

Samson isn’t just one of the most successful in the country, but it’s increasing its business as well. In 2024, the brokerage grew its sides by 15.2% relative to 2023, and its sales volume rose by 22.9%.
